Box, DE-20352 Hamburg, Germany. Complaints submitted to HanseMerkur Versicherung complaints management department are processed within 10 business days of receipt. Should this deadline not be met, contrary to expectations, the complainant will be informed immediately.

If an agreement cannot be reached with HanseMerkur, attempts at mediation and complaints can be addressed to the following mediation and complaints bodies:
